Machine Drawn Restoration Glass

Unique Art Glass is excited to offer restoration glass that is temperable! In the past, using restoration glass in doors or other areas where safety is a concern required that the glass go through an expensive laminating process. Size limitations were also a major problem, prohibiting it's use in larger windows, and full lite doors. Well those days are over. This is great news for many clients wanting to match existing antique glass in there home, or just create new lites in a traditional style. This glass closely matches machine drawn glass commonly used from 1900-1955. Its slight waviness causes the light to dance and shimmer. It creates movement in even the simplest designs that is lacking in modern window glass. From cabinets, to picture windows, to leaded glass entries, this machine drawn restoration glass is sure to be included in many projects we do in the future.
